What Happens When You Visit Our Clinic?
We would like to assure patients that it is still safe to visit our clinic and that your health and safety is our highest priority.
To ease some concerns, we’ve created a walkthrough which shows exactly what happens when you first enter our building, whether you are being seen in the respiratory clinic or through our normal GP clinic.
If you present to our clinic with any respiratory symptoms or fever, you may require treatment for your condition as well as require COVID-19 testing in our dedicated respiratory clinic. You will not be able to enter the building via the main entrance but will be directed to our respiratory clinic.
Our dedicated respiratory clinic is located in a separate part of the building to our normal GP clinic which means that patients have no contact with respiratory patients.
If you visit our clinic and have no respiratory symptoms or fever, have not travelled overseas and have not been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, you will be allowed to enter our building as normal. It’s really important to keep up-to-date with your regular health care during this time – whether face-to-face or via telehealth.
Take a look at our walkthrough below.
