Our Clinics across South East Queensland focus on multidisciplinary, fully integrated, patient-centred care. This role will focus mainly on recruitment of General Practice Recruitment worldwide as well as Specialists and Nurse Practitioners.

About the Role

Due to family reasons, our current Recruitment Manager has decided to leave us, so we’re looking for another superstar to shine within our HDC Team!

We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced and high-performance environment to manage the recruitment and engagement of clinicians.

This role will be a full 360 medical recruitment role. We require you to hit the ground running with an existing pipeline to showcase why our clinics are fantastic working environments! Our culture isn’t corporate, however family and we offer a truly inclusive workplace.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for actively sourcing and screening of doctors worldwide and you’ll then work closely with our existing Management team.  You will be supported with our Recruitment Administration team to onboard doctors, manage immigration and ensure our placements are settled and ready to integrate within their chosen clinic.  As our Doctors are contractors, ongoing relationships are critical to ensure their happiness in their role, as well as your own.

  • Strong experience within a Medical Recruitment role

  • A strong understanding of doctor’s motivators.
  • Proven experience managing the doctor recruitment of large practices.
  • Someone who’s flexible and willing to go the extra mile when it counts.
  • Strong understanding of how large General Practices operate is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office skills as well as Recruit Wizard preference

Duties of the Role

  • Manage the attraction, selection, and retention of clinicians, including Registrars, VR GP’s Non-VR, IMG’s, and specialists.
  • Proactively develop and initiate successful recruitment campaigns to attract clinicians both locally and from overseas.
  • Conduct interviews and credentialing checks,
  • Proactively develop doctor talent pools as well as help build the organisations employment brand.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide trusted advice and roll out key projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the induction and onboarding process of the clinicians within the clinic.
  • Apply for provider numbers and manage all clinician administration, support provided.
  • Submit medical board/ PESCI forms as appropriate to doctor’s circumstances.
  • Organise supervisors for doctors on limited and provision registration.
  • 19AB relinquishments when a doctor leaves.
  • Issue reminders of Medical Board updates required by doctor’s registration types.
  • Ensure all doctor documentation is update for accreditation requirements.

As part of our management team, you will be an integral part of our team supporting all divisions and team members.
