About Us

QML Pathology has spent more than 90 years servicing Queensland and northern New South Wales medical practitioners and patients. Our continuous innovation and vast testing capacity across Haematology, Biochemistry, Endocrinology, Microbiology, Histopathology, Cytopathology, Immunology, Cytogenetics and Cardiology, has made us a leader in our field, a position we do not take lightly.

Our services encompass collection of the specimen from the patient, transporting the specimen to the laboratory, where analysis of the specimen is conducted and results are then reported and interpreted to the referring doctor.

With over 600 collection centres supported by exceptional Pathologists, highly trained scientific and medical staff as well as a substantial courier network, we are able to deliver an extensive, reliable and quality service.

Our range of tests extends from the relatively routine tests such as cholesterol to the highly complex gene-based and molecular tests.

We perform tests that enable the treating doctor to prevent illness, diagnose disease, guide treatment pathways, monitor disease progression and confirm patient recovery.
